How it works

- We reply within 24-48 hours. For sizing issues we offer a free exchange; for anything else, an exchange or a full refund of the product price.
- Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Conditions
- Items should be unwashed and in reasonable condition. Trying it on is fine.
- Shipping Protection and shipping fees are refundable when the order itself was lost, damaged, or incorrect.
- If your package arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
