Free shipping on every US order.
- Processing: orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of being placed.
- Delivery: typically 7 to 12 business days in the US.
- Tracking: you get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Ordering more than one item? They may arrive in separate packages a few days apart; each gets its own tracking number.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your order included Shipping Protection, we replace or refund lost, stolen, or damaged packages, no questions asked. Without protection we will still work with you and the carrier to make it right; reach out through our contact page and we reply within 24-48 hours.
Wrong address
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
